Topic: Holiday Party! Getting Through December Holidays, Recipe Swap, and Social

Shannon Weight Loss Support Group is for patients to join pre-operatively and post-operatively. The purpose of the group is to provide a private place to provide education, share experiences, and foster ongoing support and encouragement. We will occasionally have special guest speakers.

Support group meetings will also meet on Microsoft Teams (like video chat) and will post the link on the Shannon Weight Loss Center Support Group FB page.
