COVID-19 Vaccine Registration

For individuals under age 5:

Shannon is providing the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine for children under the age of 5 by appointment at our pediatric clinics. Parents/caregivers should contact the child's pediatrician office for more information.

For individuals over age 5:

Shannon's COVID Vaccine Clinic is located at Shannon Pharmacy, 122 S. Oakes. Vaccines are available Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. No appointment is necessary.
