Randi Skelton, APRN-CNP – Pain Management

Randi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Angelo State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in Galveston, Texas. She then completed her advanced practice RN certificate in palliative care at the California State University Shiley Haynes Institute for Palliative Care in San Marcos, California. Randi is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has over 11 years of experience providing care in primary care, hospital and hospice settings.

Donna Ford, APRN, AGPC-CNP – Pain Management

Donna earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing – Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Donna is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board and completed post-graduate certificates as a Master-level nurse educator. She is a veteran of the United States Army.

Ashley Arms, MD, MS – Radiation Oncology

Dr. Arms received her bachelor's degree and master’s degree from Texas A&M University – Commerce. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and then completed her radiation oncology residency at Texas A&M University – Baylor Scott & White in Temple.

Alexis Moore, APRN, PMHNP-BC – Psychiatry

Alexis received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Master of Science in Nursing – Executive Leadership from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois. Alexis is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Manuel Dominguez, MD, FASN – Nephrology

Dr. Dominguez received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas Pan-American in Edinburg, Texas, and his master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr. Dominguez then completed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas and his residency in internal medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College – Houston Methodist in Houston. He also completed a nephrology fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.

Dr. Dominguez is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology. He is fluent in Spanish. Jackelyn Wiser, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC – Orthopedic Surgery/Hand Surgery

Jackelyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Platt College in Aurora, Colorado and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas.

Jackelyn is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She comes to Shannon from Ross Clinic at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo.

Masih Lali, MD – Hospitalist

Dr. Lali received his undergraduate degree from York University in Toronto, Canada and his medical degree from the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland. He then completed his internal medicine residency at Rutgers Health/Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey.

Victor Garcia-Rodriguez, MD – GI Hospitalist

Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Dr. Garcia-Rodriguez earned his medical degree at Universidad de Zulia in Maracaibo. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and then obtained advanced training through a fellowship in gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
