Medication Safety

Take an active role in avoiding problems with your medication. Use the home medication list to keep track of your medicines, including all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, and supplements.
Maintain your personal home medication list and keep it in your wallet/purse for easy access. Always take your updated home medication list to your doctor's appointment or to the hospital.
