This class is designed for seniors and/or members with arthritis or muscle joint related issues. The exercises help relieve stiffness, increase range of motion, and build strength.

Shannon Health Club offers one-on-one swim lessons for both children and adults. Swim lessons are an excellent way for children or adults to learn how to swim, learn new skills, or improve existing ones by working one-on-one with a certified swim instructor. Our certified instructor offers lessons for children beginning at 6-months of age. 30-minute & 60-minute lessons are available.
